Halbro Trophy
Vale of Lune 3rds V. Ormskirk 2nds

An away trip to the outskirts of Lancaster that was […]

Lymm U13s 12-24 Ormskirk U13s

October 30th, 2006

Always a tough encounter against a robust side that always give their all. Ormskirk travelled to Lymm and won a game with some good open rugby, the score rather flattering the home side, who although they scored two very good tries, were on the back foot for the majority of the game.

Ormskirk started brightly in a […]

Things couldn’t get much worse after last week when ‘kirk allowed themselves to be rolled over after leading 12 - 0 at half time. They say that lightning doesn’t strike twice, but today it came surprisingly close.

Ormskirk Thirds arrived at Sandbach with the same positive attitude that they […]

First XV Woe at Wigan

October 22nd, 2006

Ormskirk First XV – 21.10.06
Wigan 56 Ormskirk 0
The score line says it all – this was certainly a low point in ‘kirk’s season so far. Wigan ran in nine trys and though battling hard, Ormskirk had no answer to any of the questions the home team asked.

Ormskirk travelled to Wigan with a changed […]
